Experiences with children: I have 2 neices at home, one 7 and one 3, who I love very much!  I also taught dance to preschoolers and kindergartners for about 3 years in high school.

Why I enjoy working at SPC:  The environment is so nice and all the other people who work there are easy to get along with.  I can tell when just walking into the center by the change in atmosphere that the people who work there are all passionate about there jobs and are really trying to make a difference.

Plans for my future: I would love to work at a public school maybe even out of state and work with kids with disabilities with handwriting and behavior.  I would also very much love to work in an outpatient children's hospital setting.  But, in my opinion, it really doesn't matter where I end up just as long as I'm happy and helping the kids become more independent in their daily lives.
